Thea Lyng Thomsen
CEO
Thea is dedicated to building locally anchored strategic environments with the aim of ensuring sustainable solutions and impact. She has previously established similar collaborative platforms focused on business development, including the industrial park GreenLab. Thea believes in intention, trust, and business development as key drivers for sustainable change. She holds a degree in literature and reads at least one big novel every year.
Bert Meijers
Co-CEO
Bert works with our programming and business development. He is passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration for sustainable development - and pancakes. Bert is originally from the Netherlands and was educated in Denmark as a KaosPilot. He has worked with impact investments in co-working spaces in cities such as San Francisco, Amsterdam, and Berlin, bringing with him extensive experience in facilitating innovation processes.
Louise Overgaard Pedersen
Communication and Project Manager
Louise is an experience economist who passionately creates communities and connections through events, experiences, and marketing that inspire, motivate, and engage. She has previously developed and led networks, conferences, and educational programs focused on events and sustainability, transformed an old garage into an event space, and supported major Danish brands with user involvement and co-creation.
Emma Marie Hjorth Kaalby
Community Coordinator
Emma builds relationships that drive sustainable transformation. As a community coordinator, she works at the intersection of strategy, networks, and sustainability - creating frameworks where actors across sectors can inspire each other and take joint action. She is therefore responsible for the structures and spaces of the association and co-working environments. Emma holds a background in Media Studies, Nordic Studies, and Journalism and has previously worked with CSR in an international company.
David Anthony Rogers
Project Manager
David works as a project manager focusing on sustainability and circular solutions that create local impact. He ensures that complex projects with multiple stakeholders are structured and executed efficiently, turning good ideas into concrete results. Previously, David has worked on sustainability projects in Central Denmark with a focus on EU initiatives and funding opportunities that support the green transition among regional actors.
Jonas Bøgh Larsen
Project Manager
Jonas holds a degree in the History of Ideas and is passionate about how strategic project development can create direction, engagement, and change. He has previously worked with organisational development in the cultural and artistic sector as well as project management across civil society, research institutions, and public authorities.
Dorte Christensen
Office Employee
Dorte’s creativity is everywhere at our co-work space. It can be seen in our interiors, our gifts, our events and just about everything else. Her work is intentional and filled with heart and, often, a good portion of stubbornness- especially when it comes to finding and choosing sustainable solutions. New ideas are always welcome and Dorte is continually working on something new and exciting.
Solveig Bohn Svendsen
Intern
Solveig is pursuing a master’s degree in Educational Science at Aarhus University, and we are fortunate to have her as an intern. Her work focuses on community development, engagement, and social impact. During her internship, Solveig will combine her social science background, her bachelor’s in design, and her general interest in sustainability.
Cecilie Visti Leal
Project Manager
(On maternity leave)
Cecilie thrives on solving problems that rarely have a guidebook solution. She approaches projects with creativity and pragmatism, motivated by bringing structure to complex challenges. Cecilie has previous experience as a project manager in the municipal sector and most recently for a global company in green transition. Privately, she is passionate about second-hand shopping and discovering great findings at flea markets.
