Linda Havmøller Baunsgaard is the owner of Sprøt – a one-woman company offering art direction, digital design, idea and concept development, illustration, branding, and sparring for customers. Linda works extensively with textile and lifestyle customers and that’s why she chose Bæredygtig Herning’s beautiful facilities as her own headquarters – because it opens access to new knowledge and inspiration.

In the textile, fashion and lifestyle industry, there’s a movement underway. Linda Havmøller Baunsgaard spends most her time working with the industry and says the movement is unmistakable. “Herning is known for business acumen, and until a few years ago, many were afraid that sustainable initiatives would adversely affect the economy. Now there are more and more companies that want to take responsibility, not because it's smart, but because they want to make a difference,” she says. “I think Bæredygtig Herning can help our community look holistically at the sustainability agenda. We must think in terms of sustainability and see it as part of any company's business foundation. So when the team here talks about sustainable growth, it fits perfectly into the movement that is happening in Herning.”

Linda often helps her clients find their way to their brand’s core and then visually release it. In that work, sustainability is often part of the conversation. “Many of my clients place great emphasis on sustainability, and my job is to help figure out how it fits into their DNA. Who are they? What do they want? How far can they go? These are complex issues, and that is one of the reasons why it makes sense for me to sit here in Bæredygtig Herning. It gives me a network that I can draw on when I face issues that go beyond my area of expertise,” Linda says.
