Jens Christian Møller is the CEO of CaviArt, a company that produces seaweed caviar and pearls. Listen as he explains how a failed biology experiment became a global success.

Listen as Jens Christian tells the sustainable success story that has saved so many of the fishes in the deep blue sea.

This podcast is a part of a series on green ambitions in which August Septimius Krogh speaks with directors and leaders of small and medium sized companies that are thinking and acting green.
